For delivery, the crate is mandatory and remains with you. For personal collection, transport is free and you may choose with or without a crate.

Catalogue images show the breed. For your order, you get photos of the proposed puppy; these are what you base your confirmation on.

After confirming the puppy, we coordinate veterinary checks, vaccination, identification, and paperwork. Age and destination determine when the puppy can be handed over.
You choose the medical preparation and inform us of the country where the puppy will live.
We collaborate with the vet and check the necessary preparation before handover.
Preparation affects the timeframe
Two vaccinations represent the standard option. Three vaccinations can extend the estimate by 14 days. The export option adds 30 days instead of 14. The vet sets the schedule and destination eligibility.
In Romania and EuropeThe day your "together" begins.
For delivery, we set the meeting point in your city, the date, and the contact person. You can also opt for personal pickup; the place and date will be confirmed with the team.
You check the pickup details and pay the balance upon handover.
We confirm the route or pickup, documents, and meeting details.
You know where and when you will meet
We deliver in the client's city at an established point, without home delivery. For personal pickup, no transport fee is added; medical checks remain necessary.

Support after receiving
Standard · included · 3 days from handover. No treatment expense reimbursement. Extended · 14 days from handover. Eligible expenses: up to RON 1,000 in total. For concerning symptoms, contact a veterinarian immediately. Do not wait for the agency’s reply or postpone treatment pending reimbursement approval.

Preorder refund
If you cancel your pre-order within 14 days of placing the order, we will fully refund your deposit and any other amounts paid, provided no search efforts have been made and the paid service has not been rendered.
