  • Register the dog you own with RECS;
  • in case of loss or theft of the dog, communicating the data to individuals or authorities in Romania or other countries, in the event that they report the dog found;
  • realization and transmission to you of information on pet-related issues (except for marketing purposes);
  • the possibility to verify the microchip code and the details in the dog's file by accessing the rompetid.ro website by you or by the public (by your personal data, only your name, surname and address appear);
  • assisting the competent authorities in resolving potential complaints, referrals or potential disputes;
  • communicating or reporting to authorities, institutions or authorized state or governmental agencies, at their request, if there is a legal basis;
  • statistical analysis.

The collection and processing of your personal data are based on a legal obligation of the controller (CMV) and your consent, given by accepting these terms and conditions.

Also, Bucuria Casei Online SRL will provide personal data of users/customers and other companies with which it is in partnership (eColet, payment processor: EuPlatesc), but only after our company has ensured through a contract that this information is kept secure and that the provision of this personal information is done in accordance with the legislation in force. Among the companies with which Bucuria Casei Online SRL is in partnership may be marketing service providers, telemarketing service providers or other similar services, companies with which we can develop joint programs to offer products and services on the market, insurers.

Personal data of users/customers may be provided to the prosecutor's office, police, courts of law and other authorized state bodies, only on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions and only as a result of specific requests.

According to Law no. 677/2001, users/customers have the right to access and intervene on data. They also have the right to appeal and the right not to be subject to an individual decision.

Customers have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them and the right to request erasure of data except in situations provided by law.
