We do not perform nor encourage the practice of cropping a dog's ears or tail.

Traveling within the EU requires a pet passport. This can be issued by a veterinarian at 3 months of age, along with the rabies vaccination. If you choose a country other than Romania for delivery when placing your order, the puppy will be delivered after 3 months of age when it will be vaccinated against rabies, microchipped and will have an international passport.

If you would like your puppy to have a Pedigree certificate, please check Yes next to the Pedigree option when submitting your order.

We deliver our puppies as soon as possible, but never before 8 weeks of age, which varies from breed to breed. It is in our best interest to get the puppy to you as soon as possible but not in the puppy's or your best interest, as this important change at too young an age can make it very difficult to maintain the puppy or even life-threatening. The time to delivery shown on the ordered breed page can be significantly influenced by your preferences of sex, size and color, which is why we ask you to consider it as an estimate and we will provide you with updated information as the selection process unfolds. In the case of pedigree dogs, the identification and verification process can take much longer than in the case of non-pedigree dogs, due to the very limited availability in Romania.

Internal deworming is performed regularly during the first months of a puppy's life, and especially before each vaccination, to eliminate intestinal worms and other bacteria such as Giardia. On a case-by-case basis, it can be carried out by the vet or the breeder, and we recommend that during the first week after your puppy is received, you should internally de-worm your puppy to remove intestinal worms and prepare it for the next vaccine, according to the vaccination schedule.

We are glad to see that you are thinking about training, as it is very important. Puppies are not generally trained before leaving, it is up to the breeder what education they choose to provide the puppy.
However, if you want specific training, this can be done after 4-5 months of age.
All puppies need proper training from their owner upon arrival. If you don't want to hire a trainer, there are several resources that can be found online to help you.

Puppy health is our top priority! We inspect puppies at the owner's location from the time of booking to the time of delivery to ensure they are healthy, happy and well cared for. Once you choose your puppy, we will ensure that it is properly vaccinated and shows optimal clinical signs for safe transportation. At the same time, you will benefit from a medical guarantee for viral diseases for which vaccination has been accomplished (Parvovirus, Coronavirosis).

All our puppies receive the necessary vaccinations and internal deworming according to their age, performed by the breeder or veterinarian.

Of course, we microchip all puppies if this has not been done by the breeder, and the microchip code will always be pasted into their health card. Registration in RECS will be completed as soon as you send us a copy of your ID.

Romania

The puppy will be transported to the client's city, if this is possible. If the client's residence is in a city where the transport cannot be carried out, this will be communicated in advance, in order to find solutions to take possession of the puppy. Transporting to the client's address is not possible at this time.

International

If you choose a country other than Romania for delivery when placing your order, the puppy will be delivered after 3 months of age, when it will be vaccinated against rabies, microchipped and will have an international passport. If the customer's residence is in a city where the transport cannot be carried out, this will be sent in advance, in order to find solutions to take possession of the puppy. Transport to the customer's address is not possible at this time.
