What else you should know:

Contractual information is available in the terms and conditions of use and can be consulted when submitting your order.

We do not perform or in any way support ear or tail docking practices. We respect our commitment to animal welfare and promote the breeding and care of animals in accordance with animal welfare rules and legislation.

You can choose this preference on the order form in the Vaccination section, where you will find the option "Export Ready". To travel to the European Union, pets need a passport. This can be issued by your veterinarian from the age of 3 months, once the rabies vaccination has been carried out. If you choose delivery to a country other than Romania, the puppy will be shipped after 3 months and 3 weeks of age, at which point it will be vaccinated against rabies, microchipped and will have an international passport.

If you would like your puppy to be accompanied by a Pedigree certificate, please select the appropriate option when placing your order. This document certifies the pedigree of the dog and the authenticity of the breed, and is issued by specialized organizations. We recommend that you consider this option if you want to participate in dog shows or have the guarantee of a pure genetic line.

Transportation in Romania

Puppies can be transported to the client's city, depending on the availability of our routes. If delivery cannot be made to a specific city, this will be communicated in advance to find an optimal solution for the puppy's delivery.

International transport

If you opt for delivery outside Romania, the puppy can only be shipped after the age of 3 months and 3 weeks, at which time it will be vaccinated against rabies, microchipped and will have an international passport. Be sure to choose the Ready for Export option in the Vaccination section when submitting your order.
If transportation cannot be made to the customer's city, this will be communicated in advance in order to identify a convenient delivery solution.
We do not currently offer transportation to the exact address of the customer.

Countries and cities served

  • Italy: Padua, Verona, Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome
  • Moldova: Chisinau

If you have questions about transportation or other destinations, please contact us for more information.

We deliver our puppies as soon as possible, but never before the minimum age of 8 weeks, which may vary by breed. Although we want to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, it is essential to respect this interval, both for the puppy's sake and for your own comfort. Premature separation can make care and adaptation considerably more difficult or even jeopardize the puppy's health.

The estimated time to delivery, shown on each breed's page, may be influenced by your preference of sex, size, color or vaccination schedule. For this reason, please take it as a guide. During the selection process, we will keep you up to date with updated information.

For pedigree puppies, identification and verification may take up to 3 months, depending on national availability at the time of order. If you decline a proposal on a puppy, the order remains active and the identification process continues and we will come back with alternatives. In this situation, the delivery time will be extended by the estimated period specified on the page of the breed ordered.

Internal deworming is an essential process in the first months of a puppy's life and is rigorously carried out before each vaccination to eliminate intestinal parasites and pathogens such as Giardia. This can be carried out either by the veterinarian or the breeder, depending on the situation.

We recommend that both internal and external de-worming be carried out within the first week of your puppy's arrival to ensure complete parasite elimination and proper preparation for the next vaccine according to the vaccination schedule. External deworming is indicated immediately after the first bath, followed by a period of 24 hours during which direct contact with the treated area should be avoided.

We are glad to see that you are thinking about training, as it is very important. Puppies are not generally trained before leaving, it is up to the breeder what education they choose to provide the puppy.
However, if you want specific training, this can be done after 4-5 months of age.
All puppies need proper training from their owner upon arrival. If you don't want to hire a trainer, there are several resources that can be found online to help you.

Puppy health is our top priority! We inspect puppies at the owner's location from the time of booking to the time of delivery to ensure they are healthy, happy and well cared for. Once you choose your puppy, we will make sure it is properly vaccinated and shows optimal clinical signs to be transported safely. At the same time, you will benefit from a medical guarantee for viral diseases for which vaccination has been carried out (Parvovirus, Jigodie, Hepatitis, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis or Rabies) for a period of 5 days so that you have enough time to confirm the puppy's good health. For added safety, it is recommended that when placing your order you choose a puppy with multiple vaccinations, as this will give your puppy immunity so that it will not become ill from viruses or bacteria in the external environment.

All our puppies receive the necessary vaccinations and internal deworming according to their age, performed by the breeder or veterinarian.

Of course, we microchip all puppies if this has not been done by the breeder, and the microchip code will always be pasted into their health card. Registration in RECS will be completed as soon as you send us a copy of your ID.

This is possible. The identification and verification steps will be carried out by BucuriaCasei, you will indicate the desired specimen from the photos that will be sent to you so that the veterinarian can properly vaccinate the puppy, and then you will be sent the location so that you can personally pick up the chosen puppy.

You can cancel your order at any time by communicating your intention on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. The identification and verification procedures we carry out for each order involve proportionate costs, which is why the amount of the advance payment paid is non-refundable, except in the following situations:

  • the order is less than 7 days old;
  • the order exceeded by more than 30 days the estimate on the ordered breed page (for dogs without pedigree) or the deadline agreed upon order;
  • the order has exceeded by more than 30 days the 6 months term (for pedigree dogs) or the term agreed at the time of order.

Also, even if you fall into one of the points mentioned above, the refund will not be made in the following situations:

  • you have already chosen a puppy that I have reserved for you;
  • you have refused a specimen that was proposed to you, which is why the order fulfillment deadline is extended by the delivery estimate displayed on the ordered breed page.

If you are eligible for a refund of the advance, 20 lei will be deducted from the refunded amount, related to bank fees. It will be paid into the same bank account from which the payment was made, within a maximum of 14 days.
Submitting an order represents a commitment assumed by both parties.

The price consists of the advance payment of 10% which is paid at the time of sending the order and an estimate to be paid upon delivery. In our activity of identifying and verifying the puppies available in the country we will obtain results and photos that we will send you, accompanied by the price difference that you will pay upon receipt. In case the price sent is higher than the estimated one on the site and it does not represent any obligation to accept the offer, we will continue the checks at other breeders. Although we make efforts to regularly update the prices displayed on the site, they should be treated as information.

Boxer for sale: breed

Boxers are big, strong, muscular dogs that look imposing, that is, until you look into their eyes and see the innocent expression and joy of life reflected there. Because of their playful nature and boundless energy, he is sometimes called "Peter Pan". Boxers are not considered fully mature until the age of three, which means they have one of the longest maturation periods in the dog world.

The typical Boxer is intelligent, alert and fearless, yet friendly. He's loyal to his family and likes to play with them, but he's also tough, especially if you try to use harsh training methods with him. With minimal grooming needs and legendary patience and gentleness with children, Boxers are family companions as long as they are given the exercise and mental stimulation they need. If you're willing and able to give them adequate exercise in the form of walks or runs, they can even adapt to apartment living, as long as they're able to get close to their loved ones.

Boxers originated in Germany and were brought to the U.S. after World War I. Their short, shiny coat is striking: yellow or brown with bright white markings. All white or predominantly white-colored dogs are not desirable, because genetically, deafness is associated with white fur. Many boxers have pointed tails and cropped ears. If the ears are not cropped, they will close.

Boxers are renowned for their love and loyalty to their family. They are often distrustful of strangers at first, but will not be aggressive unless they perceive a threat to loved ones. Boxers are brave, happy and energetic. They also have a unique 'woo-woo' sound when they want something or are excited. It's not quite a bark, but sounds more like "woo-woo, look at me!

Life is not just fun and games for all boxers. Because of their strength and courage, they are widely used in the army and police, as well as in search and rescue work. When specifically trained for guard work, they are excellent guard dogs and will restrain an intruder in the same way as a Mastiff. Boxers also excel in obedience, agility and schutzhund (a three-phase competitive event that tests the dog's tracking, obedience and protection skills).

Boxers should not be left outdoors for long periods of time. The short nose does not effectively cool the warm air in summer, and their short fur does not keep warm in winter.

The Boxer isn't a breed for everyone, but if you want a big dog that likes to cuddle, doesn't mind drooling, wants to delight you with his clownish playfulness yet be gentle with your children, and, most of all, if you're prepared to keep him in good physical and mental condition, the Boxer could be the right dog for you!

Boxer for sale: brief history

The Boxer's ancestor was the German Bullenbeisser (a dog that was descended from Mastiffs) and the Bulldog. The Bullenbeisser was used as a hunting dog for centuries to hunt bear, boar and deer. Its task was to catch and hold prey until the hunters arrived. Over time, the Bullenbeisser dog breed lost its jobs on estates and began to be used by farmers and butchers to herd and drive cattle.

The Boxer we know today was developed in the late 19th century. A Munich man named Georg Alt mated a brown female Bullenbeisser with a local dog of unknown origin. This is believed to have been the beginning of the line that would become the Boxer we know today.

In 1894, three Germans named Roberth, Konig and Hopner decided to stabilize the breed and exhibit it at a dog show. This was done in Munich in 1895, and the following year they founded the first Boxer Club.

The breed became known in other parts of Europe in the late 1890s. Around 1903, the first Boxers were imported into the USA. The first Boxer was registered by the American Kennel Club in 1904, a dog named Arnulf Grandenz. In 1915, the American Kennel Club recognized the first champion Boxer, Sieger Dampf v Dom, owned by Governor and Mrs. Lehman of New York.

When word of the First World War broke out, boxers were enrolled in the army, serving as messenger dogs, carrying packages and acting as attack and guard dogs. Boxers began to become popular in the U.S. in the 1940s, when soldiers returning home from World War II brought the breed with them. Thus the breed was introduced to many people and soon became a favorite pet, show and guard dog.

The American Boxer Club (ABC) was formed in 1935 and gained acceptance by the American Kennel Club that same year. Today, the Boxer ranks 7th among the 155 breeds and varieties registered by the American Kennel Club.

Boxer for sale: size

Males are usually 57-64 cm tall and weigh about 32 kilograms. Females are typically 53 to 60 cm tall and weigh about 27 kilograms.

Boxer for sale: personality

The Boxer is described as an 'auditory' watchdog, meaning it is alert and vigilant. When not clowning around, it is dignified and confident. He is playful and patient with children. Strangers are greeted with a watchful attitude, but he responds politely to friendly people. He is aggressive only in defense of family and home.

Temperament is affected by a number of factors, including heredity, training and socialization. Good-tempered puppies are curious and playful, willing to approach and be owned by people.

Just like any dog, the boxer needs early socialization, exposure to many people, sights, sounds and experiences when young. Socialization helps make sure your pet grows up to be a good dog.

Boxer for sale: health

Boxers are generally healthy but, like all breeds, they are prone to certain health conditions. Not all Boxers will have any of these diseases, but it is important to be aware of them if you are considering this breed.

If you are buying a puppy, find a good breeder who will show you the health records of the puppy's parents. Health certificates prove that a dog has been tested and recovered from a specific condition.

  • Boxers are particularly prone to developing mast cell tumors, lymphoma and brain tumors. White boxers and those with excessive white markings can get sunburned and may even develop skin cancer. If your boxer has a light color, apply sunscreen to the ears, nose and fur when going outdoors.
  • Aortic stenosis / sub-aortic stenosis (AS / SAS). This is one of the most common heart defects found in boxers. The aorta narrows under the aortic valve, forcing the heart to work harder to supply blood to the body. This condition can cause fainting and even sudden death. It is an inherited condition, but how it is transmitted is not known at this time. Usually a veterinary cardiologist diagnoses this condition after a heart murmur has been detected.
  • This is an inherited condition. The dog's heart sometimes beats irregularly (arrhythmia). This can cause weakness, collapse or sudden death. Because it is difficult to detect this condition, it can cause unexpected death.
  • Hip dysplasia: This is an inherited condition in which the thigh does not fit snugly into the hip joint. Some dogs show pain on one or both hind legs, but you may not notice any signs of discomfort. As the dog gets older, arthritis can develop. The dysplasia is hereditary, but can also be triggered by environmental factors such as rapid growth due to a high-calorie diet or injury. Treatment ranges from supplements that support joint function to total hip replacement.
  • Hypothyroidism: Hypothyroidism is caused by a deficiency of thyroid hormone and can produce signs including infertility, obesity, mental fatigue and lack of energy. The dog's coat may become coarse and brittle and begin to shed, while the skin becomes rough and dark. Hypothyroidism can be very well managed with daily pills.
  • Corneal dystrophy. This refers to several eye diseases that are non-inflammatory and inherited. One or more layers of the cornea in both eyes are usually affected, although not necessarily symmetrically. In most races, corneal dystrophy appears as an opaque area in the center of the cornea or near the periphery. This is usually not painful unless corneal ulcers occur.
  • All dogs carry a tiny passenger called a demodex mite. The female transmits this mite to her offspring in the first days of life. The mite cannot be transmitted to humans or other dogs. The mites live in hair follicles and usually cause no problems. If your boxer has a weakened or compromised immune system, however, he may develop demodycosis. Demodicosis, can be localized or generalized. In the localized form, red, scaly patches of skin appear on the head, neck and forelimbs with hair loss. In the generalized form the entire body is covered and affects older puppies and young adult dogs. The dog develops patchy skin, matted patches and skin infections all over the body.
  • Allergies: Boxers are prone to allergies, both environmental and food allergies. If you notice your boxer itching, scratching, take him to a vet.
  • Deafness: White boxers are particularly susceptible to deafness. Approximately 20% of white boxers are deaf, and white boxers should not be bred because the genes that cause deafness can be inherited.

Boxer for sale: care

Boxers are house dogs. Their noses and short fur make them unsuitable for outdoor living, although they will enjoy a fenced yard to play in.

Boxers love to play. To keep their muscles toned and satisfy their need for exercise, plan to play with them or go for a walk at least twice a day for half an hour. Providing daily exercise is the best way to good behavior. A tired boxer is a good boxer.

Training is essential for the Boxer. He is so big and strong that he can accidentally hurt people around him if he is not taught to control his actions. The Boxer's temperament plays a part in his training. To raise a serious dog requires early start and use of firm and correct training methods, as well as positive motivation in the form of rewards, praise, play and rewards. Patience is the key to training your boxer.

Boxer for sale: feeding

Recommended daily amount: 2 to 3 cups of quality dry food per day, divided into two meals. Note: How much your adult dog eats depends on size, age, build, metabolism and activity level. Dogs are individuals, just like humans, and they don't all need the same amount of food. It almost goes without saying that an extremely active dog will need more food compared to a less active one. The quality of the dog food you buy also makes a difference - the better the food, the more nutrients and satiety it will provide, without you having to constantly check the bowl. Keep him in good shape by weighing out his food and feeding him twice a day, rather than leaving food out all the time.

Boxer for sale: coat color and grooming

Boxers have a sleek, short fur coat with tight skin over their athletic bodies. Fur comes in two colors: tan or brindle, with or without white markings. The tan ranges from light tan to mahogany.

White marks usually appear on the belly or legs and should not cover more than one-third of the skin. Boxers without white coloring are called plain boxers. On the face, the boxer has a black mask, sometimes with a white stripe, or a blaze, running down the muzzle. Boxers don't carry the gene for a solid black color, so you'll never see a black boxer.

White markings covering more than a third of the body are show disqualifiers. This is because excessive white markings make them more susceptible to health conditions such as skin cancer and deafness. Breeders do not want to pass on these genes. In the past, breeders often euthanized white puppies at birth, but today most breeders have given up. While white boxers can't be taken to dog shows, they can compete in obedience and agility and, of course, they still have the wonderful personalities that make them such great companions!

The coat requires minimal grooming. Boxers are clean dogs and are known to act like cats. Boxers can shed quite a bit, but weekly brushing will help keep hair under control. Other grooming needs include dental hygiene and nail care. Brush your Boxer's teeth several times a week to help remove tartar and bacteria. Daily brushing prevents periodontal disease.

Start getting your boxer used to being brushed and examined as a puppy. Handle his paws frequently and check his mouth and ears. With a positive experience, full of praise and rewards, you'll lay the groundwork for easy vet exams and other maneuvers when he's an adult. You should check your boxer's ears often to make sure they are clean. Sometimes it's necessary to remove hair growing in the ear canal. If you notice a buildup of wax, redness or an unpleasant odor, or if your dog scratches his ears and shakes his head, take him to the vet to make sure he doesn't have an ear infection.

Boxer for sale: relationships with children and other animals

Boxers love kids and are great playmates for active older children. As with every breed, however, you need to teach children how to approach and touch dogs and always supervise any interaction between them to prevent any biting. Teach your child never to approach the dog while eating or sleeping or to try to take the dog's food. No dog, however friendly, should be left unattended with a child. Boxers can get along well with other dogs and cats, especially if they are raised with them.
