What else you should know:
Contractual information is available in the terms and conditions of use and can be consulted when submitting your order.
We do not perform or in any way support ear or tail docking practices. We respect our commitment to animal welfare and promote the breeding and care of animals in accordance with animal welfare rules and legislation.
You can choose this preference on the order form in the Vaccination section, where you will find the option "Export Ready". To travel to the European Union, pets need a passport. This can be issued by your veterinarian from the age of 3 months, once the rabies vaccination has been carried out. If you choose delivery to a country other than Romania, the puppy will be shipped after 3 months and 3 weeks of age, at which point it will be vaccinated against rabies, microchipped and will have an international passport.
If you would like your puppy to be accompanied by a Pedigree certificate, please select the appropriate option when placing your order. This document certifies the pedigree of the dog and the authenticity of the breed, and is issued by specialized organizations. We recommend that you consider this option if you want to participate in dog shows or have the guarantee of a pure genetic line.
Transportation in Romania
Puppies can be transported to the client's city, depending on the availability of our routes. If delivery cannot be made to a specific city, this will be communicated in advance to find an optimal solution for the puppy's delivery.
Currently, direct delivery to the customer's address is not possible.
International transport
If you opt for delivery outside Romania, the puppy can only be shipped after the age of 3 months and 3 weeks, at which time it will be vaccinated against rabies, microchipped and will have an international passport. Be sure to choose the Ready for Export option in the Vaccination section when submitting your order.
If transportation cannot be made to the customer's city, this will be communicated in advance in order to identify a convenient delivery solution.
We do not currently offer transportation to the exact address of the customer.

- Italy: Padua, Verona, Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome
- Moldova: Chisinau
- Netherlands: Eindhoven, Breda
If you have questions about transportation or other destinations, please contact us for more information.
We deliver our puppies as soon as possible, but never before the minimum age of 8 weeks, which may vary by breed. Although we want to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, it is essential to respect this interval, both for the puppy's sake and for your own comfort. Premature separation can make care and adaptation considerably more difficult or even jeopardize the puppy's health.
The estimated time to delivery, shown on each breed's page, may be influenced by your preference of sex, size, color or vaccination schedule. For this reason, please take it as a guide. During the selection process, we will keep you up to date with updated information.
For pedigree puppies, identification and verification may take up to 3 months, depending on national availability at the time of order. If you decline a proposal on a puppy, the order remains active and the identification process continues and we will come back with alternatives. In this situation, the delivery time will be extended by the estimated period specified on the page of the breed ordered.
Internal deworming is an essential process in the first months of a puppy's life and is rigorously carried out before each vaccination to eliminate intestinal parasites and pathogens such as Giardia. This can be carried out either by the veterinarian or the breeder, depending on the situation.
We recommend that both internal and external de-worming be carried out within the first week of your puppy's arrival to ensure complete parasite elimination and proper preparation for the next vaccine according to the vaccination schedule. External deworming is indicated immediately after the first bath, followed by a period of 24 hours during which direct contact with the treated area should be avoided.
We are glad to see that you are thinking about training, as it is very important. Puppies are not generally trained before leaving, it is up to the breeder what education they choose to provide the puppy.
However, if you want specific training, this can be done after 4-5 months of age.
All puppies need proper training from their owner upon arrival. If you don't want to hire a trainer, there are several resources that can be found online to help you.
Puppy health is our top priority! We inspect puppies at the owner's location from the time of booking to the time of delivery to ensure they are healthy, happy and well cared for. Once you choose your puppy, we will make sure it is properly vaccinated and shows optimal clinical signs to be transported safely. At the same time, you will benefit from a medical guarantee for viral diseases for which vaccination has been carried out (Parvovirus, Jigodie, Hepatitis, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis or Rabies) for a period of 5 days so that you have enough time to confirm the puppy's good health. For added safety, it is recommended that when placing your order you choose a puppy with multiple vaccinations, as this will give your puppy immunity so that it will not become ill from viruses or bacteria in the external environment.
All our puppies receive the necessary vaccinations and internal deworming according to their age, performed by the breeder or veterinarian.
Of course, we microchip all puppies if this has not been done by the breeder, and the microchip code will always be pasted into their health card. Registration in RECS will be completed as soon as you send us a copy of your ID.
This is possible. The identification and verification steps will be carried out by BucuriaCasei, you will indicate the desired specimen from the photos that will be sent to you so that the veterinarian can properly vaccinate the puppy, and then you will be sent the location so that you can personally pick up the chosen puppy.
You can cancel your order at any time by communicating your intention on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. The identification and verification procedures we carry out for each order involve proportionate costs, which is why the amount of the advance payment paid is non-refundable, except in the following situations:
- the order is less than 7 days old;
- the order exceeded by more than 30 days the estimate on the ordered breed page (for dogs without pedigree) or the deadline agreed upon order;
- the order has exceeded by more than 30 days the 6 months term (for pedigree dogs) or the term agreed at the time of order.
Also, even if you fall into one of the points mentioned above, the refund will not be made in the following situations:
- you have already chosen a puppy that I have reserved for you;
- you have refused a specimen that was proposed to you, which is why the order fulfillment deadline is extended by the delivery estimate displayed on the ordered breed page.
If you are eligible for a refund of the advance, 20 lei will be deducted from the refunded amount, related to bank fees. It will be paid into the same bank account from which the payment was made, within a maximum of 14 days.
Submitting an order represents a commitment assumed by both parties.
The price consists of the advance payment of 10% which is paid at the time of sending the order and an estimate to be paid upon delivery. In our activity of identifying and verifying the puppies available in the country we will obtain results and photos that we will send you, accompanied by the price difference that you will pay upon receipt. In case the price sent is higher than the estimated one on the site and it does not represent any obligation to accept the offer, we will continue the checks at other breeders. Although we make efforts to regularly update the prices displayed on the site, they should be treated as information.

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: breed
The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is a small and beautiful dog. Among the characteristics that Cavalier breeders strive to achieve is a constantly wagging tail when this breed moves.
If its distinctive tail wrap doesn't melt your heart, its big, round, dark eyes certainly will. Warm and glossy, with a sweet expression, they hold the power to extract constant caresses and endless supplies of food from humans. Unsurprisingly, this breed can get very fat, which spoils its lovely lines, so be strong and offer a walk or playtime instead of potato chips and pizza.
A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is always on his family's heels. With a Cavalier in residence, you'll never be alone, even in the bathroom. Because they are so attached to their people, they do best when someone is home during the day to keep them company. They are indoor dogs and will never thrive in an outdoor environment or be ignored.
When it comes to training, this breed is generally intelligent and willing to try anything you ask. Food rewards and positive reinforcement go a long way to ensuring good training. Cavaliers have a soft personality, so yelling at them is counterproductive. Instead, reward them every time you see them doing something you like.
As with many toy dog breeds, Cavaliers can have trouble with housetraining, but if you make them a consistent schedule with lots of outdoor outings, they can become reliable.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: brief history
While the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is a relatively new breed, recreated less than a century ago, its prototype is the Toy Spaniel that has existed for centuries as a companion of royalty and nobility.
Horses are descended from the same Toy Spaniel depicted in many 16th, 17th and 18th century paintings by famous artists such as Van Dyck and Gainsborough. The Spaniels in those paintings had flat heads, tall ears and long noses.
These little spaniels were great favorites of royal and noble families in England. Mary, Queen of Scots had a Toy Spaniel to accompany her on her beheading expeditions, and her grandson Charles I and great-grandson Charles II - who gave their name to the breed - also loved these little dogs. It is said that King Charles II, who reigned from 1660 to 1685, never went anywhere without at least two or three of these little spaniels. He even decreed that spaniels should be allowed in any public place, including the Houses of Parliament. It is claimed that the decree is still in force in England today, although no one has recently tested it to see if it is true.
After the death of Charles II, the popularity of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel waned, and Pugs and other short-faced breeds became the new royal favorites. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was bred with these dogs and eventually developed many of their characteristics, such as the shorter nose and domed head.
There's a home of the breed of King Charles Spaniels of the type that King Charles himself loved - and it's at Blenheim Palace, the estate of the Dukes of Marlborough. Here, red and white Toy Spaniels continued to be bred, which is why Cavalier King Charles Spaniels of this coloring are today called Blenheim.
Because there was no breed standard and no dog show, the type and size of dogs bred by the Dukes of Marlborough varied. In the mid-19th century, however, English breeders began to organize dog shows and try to refine different breeds of dogs. At that time, the Toy Spaniel was accepted as having a flat face, large domed skull and round eyes. King Charles Spaniels depicted in paintings from earlier centuries were almost extinct.
In the 1920s, an American named Roswell Eldridge began searching England for Toy Spaniels resembling those in old paintings. He searched for more than five years, even taking his search to the Crufts Dog Show, where he persuaded the Kennel Club (England's equivalent of the American Kennel Club) to allow him to offer £25 - a huge sum at the time, to the best dog and bitch of the type seen in the reign of King Charles II. He offered this prize for five years.
In 1928, Miss Mostyn Walker presented a dog named Ann's Son for judging and was awarded the £25 prize. Roswell Eldridge did not live to see the prize as he had died just a month before Crufts. Interest in the breed revived and a club was formed. The name Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was chosen to differentiate the breed from the flat-faced King Charles Spaniel (known as the English Toy Spaniel in the United States).
The club held its first meeting on the second day of Crufts in 1928 and developed a breed standard, a written description of what the breed should look like. Ann's son was presented as an example of the breed, and club members collected all the specimens from pictures of old paintings that had small dogs of this type in them. One thing that all club members agreed from the beginning was that the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel would be kept as natural as possible and trimming and modeling the dog for show would be discouraged.
The Ken Kennel Club was reluctant to recognize the new breed, but finally, in 1945, after years of work by breeders, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was recognized as a separate breed.
In the 1940s, two male Cavaliers were imported to the US from England - Robrull of Veren and Bertie of Rookerynook. However, it wasn't until 1952 that Cavaliers had their true beginnings in the US. In that year, Mrs. (Sally) Lyons Brown of Kentucky was given a black and tan puppy named Psyche of Eyeworth by her English friend, Lady Mary Forwood. She fell in love with the breed and imported more.
When he learned that he could not register his dogs with the American Kennel Club, he began contacting people in the U.S. who owned Cavaliers. At the time, there were fewer than a dozen. In 1954, he founded the Cavalier King Charles Charles Spaniel Club, USA (CKCSC, USA), the official breed club and the only registration body for Cavaliers in the United States for more than fifty years.
In those years, members of the CKCSC, USA decided to prevent full breed recognition, believing that the club's strict code of ethics prevented the breed from being marketable. They feared that too much recognition of the breed would result in it becoming too popular and therefore too attractive to breeders who would not maintain the standards they had set.
The AKC officially recognized the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed in March 1995.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: size
This small but sturdy dog is between 30 and 33 centimeters long and weighs between 6 and 8 kilograms.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: personality
Gregarious Cavalier takes as his role humorist Will Rogers, who said he has never met a stranger. The Cavalier is eager to meet anyone who crosses his path, and if that person sits down and offers a tour (or a treat), all the better.
Like any dog, Cavaliers come in a range of personalities, from quiet and calm, to crazy and boisterous. They may or may not bark when someone comes to the door, so they're a poor choice as a guard. There are exceptions, of course - some Cavaliers will inform you of every event in your neighborhood and bark ferociously when strangers approach - but in general, it's better to buy an alarm system than to count on your Cavalier to warn you of trouble.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: health
Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are generally healthy, but like all breeds, they are prone to certain health conditions. Not all Cavalier King Charles Spaniels will have any of these diseases, but it is important to be aware of them if you are considering this breed.
- Mitral valve disease (MVD): This is a common condition in Cavaliers. It starts with a heart murmur that gets worse and worse until the dog has heart failure. Heart disease in older dogs of any breed is fairly common, but Cavaliers are prone to developing MVD at a young age, sometimes as young as one or two years of age. Research into preventing the condition is ongoing.
- Syringomyelia (SM): This condition affects the brain and spine and seems to be common in Cavaliers. Symptoms range from mild discomfort to severe pain and partial paralysis. It is caused by a malformation of the skull that reduces the space for the brain. Symptoms usually appear between the ages of 6 months and 4 years. The first signs you might notice are tenderness around the head, neck or shoulders, with the dog sometimes crying, or frequently scratching at the neck or shoulder area, usually only on one side of the body, without making physical contact with the body. They may even try to scratch themselves when walking. For this reason, if your Cavalier is scratching, it's important to take him to the vet to rule out MS.
- Episodic fall: This condition is often mistaken for epilepsy, but the dog remains conscious during the fall or seizure. It is produced because the dog cannot relax its muscles. Symptoms can range from mild, occasional falling episodes to seizure-like episodes that last for hours. Symptoms usually begin before five months, but may not be noticed until later in life.
- Hip dysplasia is an inherited condition in which the thigh does not fit snugly into the hip joint. Some dogs show pain and lameness on one or both hind legs, but you may not notice any signs of discomfort in a dog with hip dysplasia. As the dog ages, arthritis may develop. Hip dysplasia is hereditary, but can be aggravated by environmental factors such as rapid growth due to a high-calorie diet or injury.
- Patellar luxation: This is a common problem in small dogs that occurs when the patella, which has three parts – the femur (thigh bone), kneecap and tibia, is not aligned properly. This causes a limp or abnormal gait. It is a condition that is present at birth, although the actual dislocation does not always appear until much later. The friction caused by patellar luxation can lead to arthritis, a degenerative joint disease. There are four degrees of patellar luxation, ranging from grade I, an occasional dislocation that causes temporary dislocation of the joint, to grade IV, in which the tibia is severely out of place and the patella cannot be manually realigned. Severe degrees of patellar luxation may require surgery.
- Keratoconjunctivita Sicca (Dry Eye): This condition is usually caused by an autoimmune reaction to the dog's tear glands, which leads to reduced tears. Once diagnosed, this condition is easily treatable by taking eye drops every day. If left untreated, it can lead to blindness.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: care
Their size and overall quiet nature make Cavalier King Charles Spaniels good candidates for apartments. They are moderately active indoors and a small yard is adequate for their exercise needs.
Off-leash walks or a secure enclosed yard are a must for this breed. Your Cavalier will enjoy a daily walk or yard walk and will adapt his activity level with yours. Because it is a fairly short-nosed breed, avoid walking it during the heat of the day and never leave it outside when it is very hot with no access to shade or cool, fresh water.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: feeding
Recommended daily amount: 1/2 to 1 cup of high-quality dry food per day, divided into two meals.
Note: How much your dog eats depends on its size, age, build, metabolism and activity level. Dogs are individuals, just like humans, and not all dogs need the same amount of food. It almost goes without saying that a highly active dog will need more food than a less active one. The quality of the dog food you buy also makes a difference - the better the dog food, the more nutrients and satiety it will provide, without you having to constantly check the bowl.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: coat color and brushing
The riders are adorned with medium-length furs, which are silky to the touch and can be slightly wavy.
Knights come in four colors:
- Blenheim, chestnut spots on a pearly white ground;
- Tricolor, black markings on a white coat, with tan markings over the eyes, on the cheeks and on the underside of the tail;
- Black and tan, black with tan markings over the eyes, on the cheeks, inside the ears and on the chest, legs and underside of the tail;
- Ruby, a solid rich reddish-brown with no white spots or markings.
Blenheim is the most common color, but the others are not rare.
Cavaliers are fairly easy to maintain. You should comb or brush them three or four times a week and bathe them as needed. For a dog that likes to play outside as well as spend a lot of time on your bed or other furniture, it might be weekly.
They don't need any trimming or special trimming; in fact, it's preferable to keep the coat natural.
Brush your dog's teeth at least two or three times a week to remove tartar buildup and the bacteria that lurks inside. Daily brushing is even better if you want to prevent gum disease and bad breath. Remove your nails once or twice a month. Start getting him used to being brushed and examined when he's a puppy. Frequently handle his paws and check his mouth. With a positive experience full of praise and rewards, you'll lay the groundwork for easy vet exams and other maneuvers when he's an adult.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale: relationship with children and other animals
Horsies can be great playmates for children who will love to throw a ball for them, teach them tricks, participate in dog sports or simply have them on their laps while reading or watching TV. However, because of their small size, they need to be supervised when playing with small children who might accidentally hurt them.
As with every breed, however, you need to teach children how to approach and touch dogs and always supervise any interaction between them to prevent any biting. Teach your child never to approach the dog while eating or sleeping or to try to take the dog's food. No dog, however friendly, should be left unattended with a child.
They get along well with other dogs and can learn to play nicely with cats and other pets if introduced to them at an early age. Some Cavaliers live quietly with pet birds, while others try to eat them. Always supervise your Cavalier's interactions with birds and other small animals; they may have a strong hunting instinct.
